TxSIP Picks Find Success in Primary Elections

Out of 72 Republican candidates in seven crowded primary races for open or tossup US House Rep. seats in Texas, three TxSIP picks either won the Republican nomination outright or received the simple majority of votes and will head to a runoff in May. This is great news! These candidates are pro-life, strong on border security, and support sensible immigration policy.

A big congratulations goes to TxSIP pick Beth Van Duyne for winning the Republican nomination for the TX-24 congressional seat with 64% of the votes in this North Texas district. Please consider supporting her in the November general election; it looks like it will be close.

In the TX-23 Republican primary to fill retiring Rep. Will Hurd’s swing seat in South Texas, TxSIP pick Tony Gonzales received the most votes at 28.1%. Please consider supporting him in his May 26th runoff against Raul Reyes.

In TX-13 in the Texas Panhandle, TxSIP pick Josh Winegarner won a large plurality of votes at 38.9% for the Republican nomination to fill retiring Rep. Mac Thornberry’s solidly red seat. Please consider supporting him in his May 26th runoff against Ronny Jackson.

May God bless you, and may He continue to bless America.
