Statewide TSIP evaluation team to oversee all TSIP evaluation activities:

• Multi-site evaluation with aggregation of data findings
• Community assessment of evaluation readiness and cultural competency
• Evaluation consistent with state-of-the-art in prevention science and CSAP
  framework
• Includes a process and outcome evaluation design with pre-post test assessment
  of efficacy of programs
• Includes the use of core evaluation measures (GPRA, etc.)
• Includes additional emphasis on local evaluation
• Training and technical assistance function
• Use of web-based evaluation "tool kit" for TA, data management and dissemination
  of data and findings to local communities 

 Development of action plans whose principal goals are to:

•   Support and strengthen families
•   Promote school commitment and success
•   Encourage responsible sexual behavior
•   Achieve a safer, more cohesive community
